What to expect as an early growth team member:

The first team members will set the standard for the companies hiring and growth. We are looking for people with proven track records in sales, an obsession with new technology and VR and a flexible mentality able to thrive in an early stage company.

You will be a major part of developing and driving the D10 VR story from initially positioning the technology with prospects through to converting them to customers through interactive and high energy demonstrations. As a new team, this truly is an opportunity to be an integral part of building an exceptional sales function within one of the most relevant and exciting technologies.


What you will be doing:

  • Engaging and networking with Senior Executives to close business in key accounts as well as upsells
  • Generate and manage sustainable pipeline alongside the Business Development Representative
  • Solution selling requires a good relationship with the customer- You will be the CEO of your deals
  • Give exceptional demonstrations of the Value of VR at customer sites
  • Develop materials for prospecting and campaigns that tell the D10 VR story
  • Some travelling will be required
  • We’re a young team and company, so be prepared to do things across all aspects of the company!


You will need to have:

  • An un-ending curiosity for new technology, VR and how it can change historic collaboration methods
  • 3-5 years experience from new business sales within a cutting edge technology company
  • Sourced, negotiated and closed complex deals with multiple senior stakeholders up to C level - values over $100,000 a big plus
  • Be able to demonstrate the product to inspire potential customers to change their current workflows - VR is new to most, so you will need to be able to communicate its value to a variety of functions and people
  • The ability to turn senior prospects into customers, VR advocates and new opportunities internally
  • An ability to work well with ambiguity and a fast changing company whilst using your experience to help build the organisation
  • An exceptional team mentality - we win as one at Dimension10
  • Fluent oral and written Norwegian and English level


If you also have it would be great to see:

  • A network of customers in design / technology positions within construction, manufacturing or oil and gas
  • Experience advocating VR and the opportunity it has in your current role
  • Experience of co-selling / partner selling in the Nordics
