Our mission is to shape the global labor market; by having a fair and transparent labor platform that is great for both remote workers and enterprise customers. To help us on our journey we are looking for a key person to take lead of the core of our company, the Academy.

As a Director of Academy your day to day work will be varied and will include, but not be limited to:

  • Own the Superside Global Academy
  • Model, optimize performance, and manage inbound and outbound recruiting funnels wrt talent acquisition cost and quality
  • Model and optimize the recruitment process wrt. quality and speed (screening, AI-based testing, interviews, scoring, internal stakeholders)
  • Own onboarding experience (build a scalable framework for onboarding)
  • Build, execute and optimize competency development and contributors:
    - Product & software training
    - Commercial and client success training
    - Process and project management training
    - Corporate training
    - Mentorship and on-the-job training program
    - Metrics, targets and KPIs
    - Midterms and Graduation: Tests, exams, certificates
    - Feedback and continuous improvement
  • Own Employer branding and communication (work with marketing and editorial to define and execute Superside’s EB and communication)
  • Forecast modelling of capacity vs hiring needs to meet supply/demand wrt roles, skills, geography and more
  • Continuous data analysis and optimization of all steps and areas above (platform ROI, time to hire, churn, cost & quality of hire, hire satisfaction, culture fit)
  • Work with tech team and external suppliers on developing systems and tools
  • Work closely with the founders and key stakeholders in other teams
  • Manage and coordinate internal resources and contributors:
    - Your own team members managing platforms, systems, candidate communication, etc.
    - Designers that do outbound search and screening
    - Team leads and people ops who do interviews and recruitment decisions
    - Project Ops and Design Ops who deliver content and execute training sessions
    - Mentors


This is you:

  • Msc. degree in one of the following areas Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Structure and overview is in your DNA
  • You are execution focused and independent
  • Growth-hack/startup mindset and love things that move fast
  • Strong interest in skill testing, modelling, management, optimization, strategy and operational efficiency
