Superside is looking for an experienced Manager/Sr. Manager of Demand Gen in Toronto (Canada), Oslo (Norway) or Cape Town (South Africa) only . This role plays a critical part of the success of the lead generation programs, wear many hats, and interact with various roles inside and outside of the marketing department. You are a strategist, an analyst, and a campaign manager. If you eat, sleep, and breathe creating inbound traffic, optimizing for conversion and campaigns to generate lots of in-target leads, then we want to meet you!

You are self-motivated and have a proven track record of effectively working across multiple departments to create campaigns, programs, and processes that drive qualified leads to Sales.

The ideal candidate for this position will have significant experience in demand generation, inbound and outbound marketing strategy and execution, and experience with Salesforce and marketing automation systems (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc).


  • Drive our segmentation strategy and take full ownership of life cycle email marketing including nurture programs, trial to subscription programs and upsell programs
  • Collaborate with our Editorial team to produce relevant content that meet the needs of both prospects and customers and support your programs
  • Assist in developing a weekly experiments framework, create high impact landing pages and optimize them continually for conversion
  • Effectively track and understand the marketing funnel and associated leading and lagging indicators as well as Marketing KPIs. Provide regular analysis and insights on campaign performance.
  • Help the VP of Marketing manage our paid advertising agency to develop search and social campaigns and other sponsored content plays as needed
  • Help the VP of Marketing with day to day sales enablement and assistance with the optimization of the lead-to-opportunity process. Collaborate with SDRs to help drive qualified leads through the funnel.
  • Quarterback the VP of Marketing and help manage Marketing priorities, budget and annual GTM planning


  • Experience marketing SaaS or subscription offerings, brownie points for B2B.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience managing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in a high growth startup or a similarly fast-paced environment
  • Expert analytical skills, specifically the ability to pull, process, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions
  • An ownership mindset, a passion for eliminating blockers and running projects end-to-end
  • A passion for collaboration and demonstrated success working cross-functionally to drive projects over the finish line
