The company is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, with 110 team members working remotely across more than 40 countries.

Konsus is currently experiencing strong growth, and we are now looking for an analytical and driven superwoman or superman to help us lead our global peopleOps team. Responisbilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the global freelancer market and Konsus’ supply side dynamics
  • Own employer branding, recruiting, onboarding, mentoring and staff administration
  • Develop and improve our automated recruiting funnels, manage all open positions and own the candidate experiences from external job ad exposure and targeted outreach to rejection and onboarding, together with our HR Manager
  • In-depth data analysis to optimize our job ad spend and improve our automatic online assessments
  • Deliver world class application and onboarding experiences
  • Together with CEO and COO be main responsible to drive culture and community across our (rapidly growing) group of 110 remote team members
  • Work closely with COO to develop fully data-driven and meritocratic talent management


Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Kind with a genuine interest in other people
  • Strong analytical skills, great with data, and a love for structure (we received 42,448 applications and onboarded 70 people in 2018)
  • Hands-on, get-it-done mindset, with a preference for jumping on a call over long emails
  • Advanced Excel skills. Preferably some knowledge of MySQL and Adobe Suite (willingness to learn fast if not)
