Nixa.io is a tech-focused job platform for remote developers. We want to make it easier for developers to match with top tech companies worldwide, and cut the time related to multiple screening processes. We believe that finding a new job or a new great project doesn't have to be an exhausting process. That's why we have optimized and automated the process of testing and interviewing - so that the whole process becomes predictable and reliable for both developers and the hiring company.


In our current phase of development, we are looking to scale and attract top tech companies to use Nixa.io. Most tech companies are facing major challenges due to the lack of talented developers in their area or country. By using Nixa.io, companies can tap into a global talent pool and get access to pre-qualified remote developers. Our goal is to build a platform that offers companies a fast and reliable way of hiring remote developers in just 4 weeks.


At the moment we are looking for a Head of Sales to take full responsibility of the sales and client acquisition process. As our Head of Sales you will get a unique chance to influence an early-phase startup with a huge potential in the currently changing job market.


As our Head of Sales you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the creation of sales material (pitch deck, sales presentations, demos etc.)
  • Execute sales strategy
  • Identify potential clients and create target lists
  • Define ideal client profile (persona)
  • Cold-call clients and book meetings
  • Conduct sales meeting and demo presentations of Nixa.io
  • Understand client needs and suggest service from Nixa.io
  • Prepare offer and contracts for clients
  • Close deals!
  • Handover new clients to Client Success Manager
  • Build sales and client executive team


You will also get the chance to influence our:

Requirements

  • Masters degree within relevant fields (Management, marketing, economy, law etc.)
  • 2+ year of experience with sales (preferably within lead generation, cold-calling and sales meetings)
  • Some experience managing or leading full sales processes - including identifying and attracting new clients, understanding business needs of clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating agreements and onboarding clients.
  • Interest and passion for tech and recruitment
  • Fluent written and oral English (professional working level)
  • Open to traveling
  • Located within CET

We offer you a 100% remote position with a lot of flexibility and freedom. Some traveling must be expected. We are open to discuss different compensation packages.
