Nixa.io is a curated job platform for remote developers. We offer a fast, optimized and reliable way of hiring remote developers for tech companies worldwide. All candidates on the platform are pre-qualified and assessed in advance - ready to jump straight to final interviews with companies. This way we solve challenges related to lack of access to talent and cut away time for both companies and developers when it comes to the time-consuming process of accessing and testing developers. Our goal is to gather talented developers and highly attractive tech companies in one platform and match individuals with opportunities that they are not able to get elsewhere. By pre-qualifying both developers and companies - we are able to ensure quality on both sides of the platform.


Nixa.io is an early-phase startup with a huge potential in the currently growing remote job market. We have been testing the platform in the market for the last 6 months, and already achieved both great and promising results. We are now looking for a person to manage and handle the candidate side of the platform. This is an opportunity to influence and participate in an early phase startup and to get lots of responsibility early in your career. You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process of candidates from A-Z.


As a Talent Manager / Recruiter you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the candidate side of the platform
  • Search for new candidates
  • Answering replies and incoming inquiries from candidates
  • Phone screening
  • Send out tests and providing feedback to candidates
  • Manage video interviews
  • Making sure that the candidates are updated and informed through the whole process
  • Coordinate with Client Success Manager to set up interviews with clients
  • Be a go-to person for all candidates on the platform
  • Keep candidates active and engaged both through the screening process and on the platform
  • Deliver top-notch candidate experience at all times


As a Talent Manager / Recruiter you will be given the chance to:

  • Influence our candidate strategy and value proposition
  • Influence the way we screen and assess candidates
  • Influence the choice of tools and tests
  • Create content and communication material for candidate experience

Requirements

We are looking for a person that is:

  • Outgoing, ambitious and eager to earn experience with recruitment and talent acquisition in a startup environment
  • Structured, flexible and able to manage different tasks at the same time
  • Self going, but loves to be a part of a team
  • Able to speak and write english on a professional level
  • Finishing up or has just finished a Bachelor or Master degree within relevant fields
  • Within Central European Timezone


We do not require experience with recruitment or talent acquisition, but it is of course a bonus if you have some experience working with candidate sourcing and screening. If you have an interest in tech and different coding languages - that’s a huge bonus as well. We want to find a person who can fill this role as a consultant full-time for 6 months - with an opportunity to extend the contract after the end of 2019. The role is remote and offers a lot of flexibility.
