UI/UX Designer

We have built a platform to produce and distribute modern saving and investment solutions. We launched our first investment product in 2016, a global multifactor equity fund, and have big ambitions for the future.

Harvest is based in Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen. With more than 4000 customers, we are in need of talented developers to support our exciting product roadmap, and secure a scalable investment platform, ready for millions of users. We have ambitious expansion plans, and are looking for a high capacity individual to fill the role of UI/UX designer. You will play an integral part of further development of our investment platform, as well as play a key role in developing new fintech products and services.

Our team have prior experience with building and scaling successful tech companies. We are looking for a talented and driven designer. You will work closely with our CTO, developers, and product owners.

We are looking for an inhouse designer to take a key role in the company. You will be the first designer in a startup with high traction, and where you will be able to define our design principles, work closely with our product and development teams, and have the end-to end responsibility of our product design. This includes new feature design, and optimizing existing design. With a high amount of customers already, you will have an immediate impact on the user experience.


  • Lead development projects from development to production
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and sales teams
  • Design, develop, and maintain a robust and scalable investment platform and fintech services
  • Develop and release new products and features to production
  • Maintain and improve a modern web application
  • Find solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritize and execute tasks, and work independently


  • You are an experienced UI designer who is comfortable solving design tasks end to end.
  • You have a portfolio that reflects you as a designer. (Quality over quantity)
  • You define a problem clearly, before solving it creatively and effectively.
  • You create long term visions for your projects but understand the importance of moving fast towards a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • You care deeply about user feedback, and their needs are always reflected in your work.
  • You are thoughtful in your decisions. You can present your work and communicate your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • You’re up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Experience with animations, illustrations, or game design is a plus.
